What should I do if the QR code doesn't scan?

When scanning the QR code, make sure the room is well lit and the QR code fills the box in the app. If you’re holding your phone or tablet too close or too far away, it may have a hard time reading the code.

If the camera on you phone or tablet still cannot read the code, it is likely due to an issue with the camera resolution. Please contact support@freshairsensor.com and we will send you a larger version of the QR code.
